Evidence Standard
PsychProof maps all forensic logs to the specific regulations of your site's jurisdiction. Changing your site state will automatically update the regulatory citations on new evidence records.
The 2022–2025 Shift
With Victoria's Psychological Health Regulations commencing in December 2025, the national legislative shift is now complete across all Australian jurisdictions.
This move shifted psychological safety from a "general duty" to a specific, prescriptive risk management obligation that requires documented evidence of hazard identification and the hierarchy of controls.
Audit Readiness
Inspectors now look for more than just a policy. They expect a verifiable history of monitoring and consultation.
State Variations
While harmonised, states like NSW have more prescriptive requirements for the Hierarchy of Controls than others.
