NSW WHS Act s26A Psychosocial Code Commencement and Implications

New South Wales' Section 26A of the Work Health and Safety Act 2011, which commenced on July 1, 2026, requires persons conducting a business or undertaking (PCBUs) to follow an approved psychosocial Code of Practice or manage risk to an equivalent or higher standard.
