NSW WHS Act Duty on Approved Codes of Practice

Changes to the NSW Work Health and Safety Act, effective 1 July 2026, introduce a new duty for Persons Conducting a Business or Undertaking (PCBUs) to comply with applicable Codes of Practice or provide an equivalent or higher standard of health and safety.
