FWC awards nil compensation despite finding dismissal unfair due to serious threats of violence

The Fair Work Commission reinforced that serious threats of violence can justify dismissal, even if the employer's process was procedurally unfair. In *Mr Belal Allouche v Skyco Group Pty Ltd [2026] FWC 2050*, the employee's threatening and intimidating behavior was deemed so severe that reinstatement was inappropriate, and compensation was reduced to nil.
